Job summary

Healthcare Therapy Services, Inc. (HTS) is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team serving two senior living communities in Madison County, Indiana.

This full-time OT conducts evaluations and delivers treatment at both locations each day, with scheduling based on caseload and staffing needs. The primary Elwood-based facility offers rehab-to-home, long-term care, memory care and more, while a secondary Summitville location provides skilled care and short-term rehab.

Qualifications

• Indiana license or eligible for Indiana license (OT).
• Degree from an ACOTE-accredited OT program; NBCOT examination completed or eligible.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment services at two facilities daily.
• Manage caseload and scheduling across two senior living communities.
• Deliver rehab-to-home, long-term care, memory care, and related therapy services.
