Renewal Rehab, Illinois, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a skilled nursing facility team. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year with robust benefits and strong clinical support.

Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply. You will evaluate and treat patients, create individualized care plans, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain regulatory documentation in a supportive environment under Enhance Therapies.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT certification may be required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
