Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. Compensation $75,000.00 - $90,000.00/year, with competitive benefits and a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create personalized care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS/MS/MA/OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification or eligibility per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
