Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Macomb, IL. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist eligible to practice in the state.
• NBCOT certification may be required by state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience documenting and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
