You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT certification may be required by state.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities
