Kottemann Orthodontics is growing! We are hiring a licensed orthodontic assistant for our Plymouth and Orono offices, with occasional coverage at our Maple Grove location. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and great benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or CODA-accredited certification is required.
• Must possess a current Minnesota state Dental Assisting license.
• Orthodontic experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during procedures, including brackets, wires, and bands.
• Take scans/impressions for orthodontic appliances.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and keep the workspace clean.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment progress.
