Job summary

Metropolitan Pediatric Dental Associates is seeking a Licensed Orthodontic Assistant to join our St. Paul and Fridley teams.

You will support the orthodontist, place and remove brackets, prepare treatment areas, and help create a positive, child-friendly dental experience. Responsibilities include taking scans/impressions, sterilization and infection control, patient education, managing scheduling, and accurate documentation in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Licensed Orthodontic Assistant required.
• Experience with pediatric patients preferred.
• Proficiency with orthodontic procedures and materials.

Responsibilities

• Assisting orthodontist with brackets, archwires, and bands.
• Prepare treatment areas and sterilize instruments.
• Take scans/impressions for appliances.
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards.
