Job summary

Camp Smile in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Orthodontic Dental Assistant for a full-time role in a pediatric dental setting. You will assist orthodontists, capture scans/impressions, and maintain a warm, kid-friendly environment. New grads welcome and benefits are excellent.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed orthodontic dental assistant in good standing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pediatric dental setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during orthodontic procedures, including placing and removing brackets, archwires, and bands.
• Take accurate scans/impressions of patients' teeth for development of appliances.
• Prepare and sterilize orthodontic instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and appliance care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment charts and digital imaging.
