Twin Cities Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Woodbury is seeking a Licensed Oral Surgery Assistant for a full-time position within their surgical offices. You will work with a great team, assisting skilled surgeons while prioritizing patient care. Responsibilities include sterilizing instruments, preparing treatment rooms, and recording patient histories.

Qualified candidates will have completed an ADA accredited Dental Assistant program, hold a current license with the MN Board of Dentistry, and maintain CPR/BLS certification. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, profit-sharing retirement plans, and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Completion of Dental Assistant programs accredited by ADA.
• Must be registered with the MN Board of Dentistry & holding a current license.
• Must have a current CPR/BLS.
• Intravenous Clinical Sedation Certification encouraged or willing to obtain within a year.
• Previous experience with extraction is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctor with surgical treatment procedures under sedation.

Licensed Oral Surgery Assistant (Dental Assistant)

Full-time

Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, Jason E. Jenny, D.D.S., Michael J. Downie, D.D.S, M.D. and Christopher E. Koehn, D.D.S practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures. Our staff is trained in assisting with I.V. sedation within our state of the art office setting.

Twin Cities Oral Surgery is currently seeking to add a Full Time (30-40 hours per week) Licensed Dental Assistant to our fast paced oral surgery offices located in the East & South Metro. We are looking for a self-starter, team orientated LDA with patient care as a top priority. Experience is plus, but not required!
