Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed optician in the state of Georgia.
• Experience with optical products is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verifies order data entry and Rx against the doctor's prescription.
• Delivers sales with excellent member service in person and by phone.
• Measures frame selection and reads prescriptions on the lensometer.
• Notifies product readiness and progresses orders in the system.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and assist with eyeglass adjustments.
