Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience or training.
• Active dispensing license as required by the state.
• Strong customer service and clear communication abilities.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing and provide training.
• Deliver exceptional service while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain patient records and manage order follow-up.
• Support quality, safety, and company policies.
• Maintain inventory, merchandising standards, and organized environment.
• Mentor Apprentices as permitted by law.
