US Eye is seeking a licensed optician to join our Florida team. The role involves interpreting ophthalmologist and optometrist prescriptions, taking precise eye measurements, and guiding patients to the best lens and frame choices.

You will ensure accurate lens ordering, support insurance navigation, and uphold high standards of patient care. Candidates should have an associate degree in Opticianry or Florida apprenticeship certification, with a possible bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualificações

• Interpret prescriptions from ophthalmologists/optometrists.
• Collect pupillary distance, seg height, base curve measurements.
• Assist clients in selecting lenses and frames.
• Explain lens options and frame fit to patients.
• Navigate insurance benefits and costs for patients.

Responsabilidades

• Help clients select best lens and treatment options.
