In this role, you will leverage state-of-the-art tools, maintain accuracy, and contribute to brand KPIs while staying current with fashion trends and store merchandise. Excellent communication and a passion for vision care are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure for optical dispensing.
• Experience in optical dispensing and customer service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise and fashion trends.
• Ability to use iPad/tablet and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses with precision.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen.
• Take and record measurements and adjust eyewear with attention to detail.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology accurately under time pressure and maintain product knowledge.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations; be solution driven.
• Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities.
• Maintain store appearance and organization.
• Inform management of safety opportunities and follow safe practices.
