Job summary

America’s Best in California is hiring an Optician to help customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, maintain patient records, and support store performance. You will deliver exceptional service, meet sales goals, and ensure accurate order follow-up.

As a licensed professional, you may mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law, contribute to inventory and safety standards, and maintain a clean, organized environment. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active dispensing license as required by the state.
• 3+ years related experience or training (required).
• Strong customer service and clear communication abilities.
• Confident selling skills with the ability to meet store goals.
• Organized, detail-minded, and able to multitask in a busy setting.
• Professional, friendly, and comfortable working with a variety of people.
