America’s Best, part of National Vision, is seeking an Optician to assist customers with eyeglasses and contact lenses, ensuring accurate dispensing and exceptional service. Join a team focused on quality care, store performance, and patient experience.

You will maintain records, educate customers, and support operations while enjoying Sundays off as the stores are closed. A growth-friendly environment with competitive pay and benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• Active dispensing license as required by state.
• 3+ years related experience or training.
• Strong customer service and clear communication abilities.
• Confident selling skills with ability to meet store goals.
• Organized, detail-minded, and able to multitask in a busy setting.
• Professional, friendly, and comfortable working with a variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including contact lens insertion and removal training and product education.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals and company objectives.
