Job Description

What would you do? – The specifics

• Achieve and maintain the highest level of customer service.
• Monitor and achieve profit, sales, and performance goals (e.g., reviewing the P&L).
• Monitor sales results against budgets.
• Ensure all store associates deliver excellent customer service.
• Investigate and gather competitive information.
• Provide daily and weekly performance statistics to District Manager and corporate office.
• Ensure store promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising are in place and known to associates and doctors.
• Hire, supervise, and train all store staff.
• Motivate associates to exceed performance standards.
• Maintain professional relations with doctors, other National Vision associates, and customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform calculations accurately.
