Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen.
• Take measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear, and ensure finished products meet standards and customer needs.
• Assist the team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Accurately use technology under time pressure, demonstrating product knowledge and appropriate tools.
• Proactively explore root causes of issues, provide forward‑thinking solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities.
