You must hold an active dispensing license as required by the state and have 3+ years of related experience; retail experience is a plus. Our benefits include health and dental insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, parental leave, and employee eyewear discounts. Sundays closed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage order follow-up.
• Support quality and operational excellence by following safety standards and policies.
• Maintain inventory, merchandising standards, and a clean work environment.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.
