Job summary

Walmart is seeking an Optician in Freehold, NJ to assist Members with eyewear purchases, measure and adjust frames, and process transactions in the Optical area. The role includes maintaining the display, handling claims/returns, and ensuring accurate paperwork and documentation.

Qualifications

• Maintain active state licensure/registration.
• Maintain ABO and/or NCLE certifications.
• Eligible and willing to sponsor Apprentice Optical Technicians as required by state regulations.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members with purchasing decisions and eyewear orders.
• Measure, adjust and repair frames and lenses.
• Process purchases, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Maintain the Optical sales floor and organize displays.
