Job summary
LensCrafters in San Juan, Puerto Rico is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver brand value and exceptional eyewear service to the community. You will custom fit glasses, verify prescriptions, and ensure customers leave with tailored eye care solutions that meet their needs.
This full-time role requires state licensure, optical dispensing experience and strong customer service. You will work with a knowledgeable team, use an iPad/tablet and POS systems, and help maintain a welcoming, accurate
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- State Licensure
- Optical dispensing experience
- Strong customer service, communication and team-building skills
- Knowledge of current store merchandise
- Strong basic math skills
- Awareness of fashion trends
- Selling skills and ability to use an iPAD/tablet
- Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators
- Embrace new technology and change
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and set expectations

- Take measurements and adjust eyewear accurately
