Job summary

LensCrafters in Puerto Rico is seeking a part-time Associate Optometrist to provide high-quality eye care within our doctor-led team. You will perform exams, diagnose, and treat patients while upholding brand standards and service excellence.

You will collaborate with store leadership and staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences, manage KPIs, and contribute to growth. A Doctor of Optometry and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Good problem solving and organizational abilities.
• State licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality optometric care in line with brand promises and KPIs.
• Lead with partnership with the MOD, SMM and store team to drive growth.
• Ensure patient-first service and accurate diagnoses.
• Leverage technology to enhance patient experiences.
• Maintain office systems and ensure staff follow protocols.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Lead by example and uphold corporate culture.
