Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and practices.
• 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience and provide urgent service when needed.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge of lenses and frames to guide selections.
• Lead optical operations and partner with Store Management on Rx expansion as a growth driver.
• Foster a learning environment so team members become experts in our optical products and services.
• Engage with the local community to attract new customers.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns in collaboration with management.
• Support daily Retail Operations and follow policies and procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards; assist with floor and fixture changes.
• Take pride in inclusivity and treat customers and colleagues with respect.
