Job Description

Responsibilities include:

1. Meeting sales and company objectives.
2. Creating a welcoming environment following the “Code of Excellence”.
3. Assisting with dispensing eyewear and contact lenses.
4. Training customers in contact lens insertion and removal.
5. Educating clients on proper eye care.
6. Maintaining accurate patient records.
7. Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
8. Mentoring Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates:

1. Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
2. Maintain required state license.
3. Strong sales and customer service skills.
4. Ability to instruct clearly and effectively.
5. Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
6. Attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills.
