Job summary

Target Optical is seeking a Licensed Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in Jacksonville Beach. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage operations, and develop staff to meet brand standards while achieving sales and service goals.

Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, and collaboration with optical providers to deliver excellent eye care experiences. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in customer service or retail.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to recruit, select and develop talent and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding guest experience and coaches team members to meet brand standards.
• Runs daily operations, creates schedules, and adjusts staffing to forecasted traffic.
• Ensures payroll is processed accurately and on time.
• Conducts performance reviews and provides timely feedback and development plans.
• Partners with store doctor and retail teams to grow business and customer satisfaction.
