This position is reserved exclusively for licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs). If you are not an OT, please do not apply.

Relient Health is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full‑time, in‑person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Virginia. These are full‑time, direct‑hire, permanent placement positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).

Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

• Additional Virginia markets

• Collaborate with COTAs, rehab staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) program
• Active Virginia OT license, or eligibility/pending licensure
• Ability to work full‑time in one of the listed Virginia markets
• Authorized to work in the United States
