Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time renewal rehabilitation role in Lincoln, IL. The position focuses on skilled nursing and long-term care settings, with competitive pay and a supportive, mentorship-driven culture.

You will evaluate patients, develop personalized care plans, document thoroughly, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with physician orders and regulations. AOTA-accredited degree and NBCOT licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
