Job summary

Tier1usa's Renewal Rehab division is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Lake Barrington, IL. You will provide care in a skilled nursing facility setting, evaluating and treating patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, and developing personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
