Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Lincoln, IL. The role focuses on evaluation, treatment, and development of personalized care plans within a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate holds an OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program, NBCOT certification (if required by the state), and an active license. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to success in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
