Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team in California. The role offers competitive pay ($61.00–$65.00 per hour) and a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Must hold an OT license and NBCOT (where required by state) to apply. You’ll collaborate with clinicians to deliver high-quality care and maintain compliant documentation in a dynamic care setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
