Job summary

Creative Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our therapist-operated team serving Skilled Nursing facilities since 2001. You will develop and administer therapy programs to improve patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being, coordinating with a team to tailor treatment plans and document progress.

As an OT, you will educate patients and families on procedures, stay current with therapy techniques, and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state OT license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques
• Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
