Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve physical, cognitive, and emotional skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to improve daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Participate in care team meetings to discuss best practices and outcomes.
