Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Toluca, IL. The role is in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting with a competitive $75,000–$90,000 annual compensation and full benefits. A valid OT license and NBCOT where required are essential.

• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
