Renewal Rehab, Coleta, IL, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, and create personalized care plans in a collaborative clinical environment.

Licensed in the state, NBCOT certification where required, and a strong focus on documentation and regulatory compliance will support your professional growth and ensure high-quality patient care within our

What You'll Do:
