Qualifications

• Active New York real estate license required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Source and qualify commercial leasing and sales opportunities.
• Conduct property tours and client meetings throughout NYC.
• Research properties, ownership, market activity, and comparable transactions.
• Prepare proposals, LOIs, and deal materials.
• Negotiate lease and sale terms.
• Manage your pipeline from initial outreach through closing.
• Attend networking events and industry meetings.
• Develop expertise in your target market, neighborhood, or asset class.
