Job summary
Waters of Hartford City is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the facility’s operations in accordance with resident needs and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with management and consultants to plan and monitor all aspects of care delivery, staffing, budgeting, and compliance.
The role requires strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care, and a track record of improving quality of care while meeting business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Must have a current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in Indiana.
- Minimum two years of management or equivalent experience in a long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations pertaining to long-term care.
Responsibilities
- Directs the overall operation of the facility in accordance with resident needs and regulations to maintain quality care while achieving business objectives.
- Plan and monitor facility operations, set priorities, assign responsibilities, and coach staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with corporate compliance program and Code of Conduct.
- Maintain appropriate staffing through recruitment, orientation, and training.
- Oversee budgeting, labor costs, payables and receivables, and marketing initiatives.
