Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife in Jackson, MI, is seeking a full-time Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our aging services. The Administrator will partner with the Executive Director to oversee Nursing, Social Services, Housekeeping and quality assurance while ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

The ideal candidate will hold a Michigan LNHA license, have at least two years of long-term care administration experience, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication,

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to oversee multiple departments and drive quality improvement.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations and compliance deadlines.
• Ability to lead and coach staff in a mission-driven, faith-based nonprofit setting.

Responsibilities

• Member of the Leadership Team.
• Oversee operations across Nursing, Social Services, Medical Records, Laundry, Housekeeping, etc.
• Lead Quality Assurance processes and quarterly meetings.
• Develop and monitor quality indicators and improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Residents Rights.
