Job summary

Southfield Wellness Community is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations and uphold high-quality resident care in Iowa. A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field and an unencumbered Iowa LNHA license are required; prior SNF leadership is preferred.

You will set facility goals, ensure a positive culture, oversee all operations, and collaborate with staff to provide a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or related field
• Iowa LNHA license (LNHA)
• Prior Administrator or Department Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operation and ensure residents receive high-quality care.
• Set and attain facility-wide goals while fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
• Coordinate with staff, residents, and families to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

As an Administrator you are the heart of the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Southfield Wellness Community by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining facility wide goals, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of facility operation. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

As a minimum, Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or related field, an unencumbered State of Iowa Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA). Prior Administrator or Department Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
