Job summary

Southfield Wellness Community in Iowa is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility. You will be the heart of the operation, guiding clinical and administrative teams to deliver high-quality resident care and maintain a positive, inclusive culture.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or related field and an unencumbered Iowa LNHA license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field.
• Unencumbered State of Iowa LNHA license.
• Prior Administrator or Department Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operation.
• Set and attain facility-wide goals and drive performance.
• Provide creative problem solving and maintain a positive, inclusive facility culture.
• Ensure residents receive a high standard of care and are safe.

As an Administrator you are the heart of the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Southfield Wellness Community by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining facility wide goals, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of facility operation. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
As a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field, an unencumbered State of Iowa Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA). Prior Administrator or Department Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
