Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Nursing Center Administrator in Moses Lake, WA to lead operations, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver high-quality resident care.

You will supervise department heads, engage with the community, and promote a culture of compassion while managing finances and performance.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $130,000–$135,000 yearly, with benefits including health, 401(k), PTO and more.

Qualifications

• Licensed according to state regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills - well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles
• Working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers
• On-call availability

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implements corrective action as required
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations
