Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead a skilled nursing facility in the Richmond area. You will oversee daily operations, drive quality care, and steer the community toward its business objectives while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

The role requires an active Nursing Home Administrator license, knowledge of state guidelines, and a minimum of 1+ years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the State in which you are operating.
• Must have knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.
• Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Organize, develop and direct resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care for each resident at all times.
• Plan, implement and achieve the community’s business objectives.

Position Summary:
