Elmwood Health & Rehab Center in Dayton, OH is seeking an Administrator to lead the skilled nursing community with compassion and strategic oversight. You will guide operations, ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards, and create a resident-centered environment that feels like home.

As LNHA, you will mentor leaders, manage finances and staffing, and partner with regional support to uphold high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be LNHA in good standing.
• Knowledge of state guidelines and regulations.
• 1+ year(s) of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar supervisory role.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. As the Administrator, it is your responsibility to organize, develop and direct resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care is maintained for each resident at all times. The Administrator will also plan, implement and achieve the community’s business objectives.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the State in which you are operating.

• Must have knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.

• Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.

• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.
