The Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an Administrator in a skilled nursing facility where your leadership helps create a supportive, resident-centered environment that truly feels like home.

As the Administrator, you will lead, direct and manage the community’s operations, ensuring quality care and compliance with federal, state and local standards. This full-time role offers education opportunities, mentorship, and comprehensive benefits to support ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the State in which you are operating.
• Must have knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.
• Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Organize, develop and direct resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care for each resident at all times.
• Plan, implement and achieve the community’s business objectives.

Position Summary:
