Job summary

Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the overall operations of our skilled nursing facility. The LNHA will empower staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold high standards of resident care.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, collaborate with department heads, monitor census and performance, and build a positive, accountable team environment. A valid IL LNHA license and SNF leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LNHA license required.
• SNF/long-term care experience required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility
• Lead and support department heads and facility staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Promote quality resident care and services
• Monitor facility performance, census, and operational goals
• Build a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

Compensation & Benefits:

• $95,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience
• Annual performance bonus of up to $10,000 based on survey outcomes and key performance metrics
