We are looking for an Administrator to join our growing team!

The Facility Administrator is responsible for directing the overall operation of the facility in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Additionally, the Administrator will implement corporate initiatives that reflect the company's goals and drive resident and community satisfaction. Key responsibilities include recruitment, staff development, and establishing a clear direction for the nursing home, including policy implementation to ensure resident services and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the total operation of the nursing home in compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain facility policies aligned with company, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Recruit, orient, and retain qualified staff.
  • Oversee business functions including admissions, billing, payroll, and office management.
  • Market facility services and promote staff involvement in marketing efforts.
  • Build and lead effective departmental teams.
  • Implement ongoing staff development programs.
  • Maintain positive community relations and ensure therapeutic, recreational, and social programs meet residents' needs.
  • Ensure nutritional needs of residents are met.
Requirements:
  • License from the applicable state agency.
