Job summary

St. Sophia Health & Rehab in Missouri seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the center’s operations and ensure the highest quality resident care.

You will oversee budgeting, regulatory compliance, and policy implementation while guiding a team of supervisors and staff. The role requires Missouri LNHA licensure, a health care administration background, and strong leadership and communication skills to maintain accreditation and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be a Missouri-licensed LNHA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration or related field preferred.
• One year of prior experience as Administrator is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscally viable operation of the center and ensure safe, sanitary environments.
• Develop and approve annual operating budgets and monitor earnings.
• Maintain resident census at optimal levels and ensure quality care.
• Implement company policies and report to leadership on policy outcomes.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; oversee performance and HR processes.
• Ensure property and contractual obligations are maintained and reports are prepared.
• Support public relations, marketing and a culture of safety and quality.
