St. Sophia Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a center in Missouri. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship within a 24-hour operation.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. Qualified candidates will have Missouri LNHA licensure, a healthcare administration background, and ability to manage budgets, staff, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Missouri
• Experience as Administrator preferred (1 year)
• Knowledge of state regulations for acute and skilled nursing centers
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
• Effective communication with residents, families, and all levels of the organization
• Ability to react decisively in emergencies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Flexible schedule; 24-hour operations require adaptability

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscal viability and conduct rounds to ensure safe, sanitary, and well-attended resident care
• Develop and manage annual budgets and operating plans
• Maintain optimal resident census and ensure policy implementation by leadership
• Recruit, supervise, and develop department staff and supervisors
• Ensure property and center are maintained and compliant with standards
• Present reports on services, finances, and performance to leadership
• Ensure accreditation, licensing, and quality care through monitoring programs
• Support public relations and marketing efforts and promote safety culture
