Symphony Care Network, LLC. is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the operations of our Michigan facility. You will manage daily census, budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance, partnering with Sr.

Leadership to deliver high-quality resident care. The role requires LNHA licensure, at least 2 years of administrator experience in LTC/SNF, and 3+ years of supervisory work in healthcare.

Qualificações

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (required).
• 2 years administrator experience in LTC/SNF (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree (required).
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure daily operations meet federal and state guidelines and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, accreditation and reimbursement standards.
• Manage and ensure budgetary compliance.
• Recruitment, onboarding, coaching and development of team members; corrective actions.
• Round with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents.
• Oversee federal surveys process with site leaders.
