RiseMe in Ohio seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a Neighborhood-based elder care facility, upholding the highest quality of life and psychosocial support for elders, families, and partners. The LNHA will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee staffing and finances, and foster strong community relationships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safeguards the Neighborhood from institutional mindset.
• Ensures staffing and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitates daily stand-up meetings in the Neighborhood.
• Completes daily checklist and discusses observations with coach and team.
• Leads to achieve quality outcomes and financial targets.
• Oversees business office functions and marketing/PR efforts.
• Acts as risk manager and coordinates safety/QA follow-up.
• Develops strong relationships with elders and families.
