Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all day-to-day facility operations, ensuring excellence in resident care and services
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities
• Develop and manage the facility’s annual budget, monitoring financial performance and making adjustments as needed
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to maintain a strong and capable workforce
• Evaluate staff performance and ensure timely completion of performance reviews
• Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation and reporting
• Oversee all aspects of survey readiness, including preparation, execution, and follow-up on plans of correction
