Qualifikationen

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the applicable state.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced credentials welcomed.
• Ability to lead with strong communication and teamwork.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.

Aufgaben

• Direct the overall operation of the facility and establish expectations for department leaders.
• Build a leadership team through coaching, accountability, and development.
• Translate objectives into practical operational plans and measurable goals.
• Manage financial performance including census, revenue, expenses, labor, AR.
• Partner with nursing and clinical leadership to support resident-centered care.
• Maintain readiness for regulatory inspections and ensure compliance.
• Evaluate KPIs to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Guide admissions and occupancy with resident needs and financials in mind.
• Address staffing needs and maintain workforce coverage.
• Review payroll and staffing patterns; adjust as needed.
• Champion quality and performance improvement across the facility.
• Address employee issues in partnership with HR.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and engagement.
• Monitor resident/family feedback and coordinate improvements.
• Oversee safety practices, incident follow-up, and claims activity.
• Ensure documentation and reports are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Participate in planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
• Perform other leadership responsibilities as needed.
